Inside Sales - Customer Success

In this newly created role of Inside Sales, Customer Success, we need a dynamic friendly and very bright person to be the conduit between our valued clients and our sales team in the field. You will also have your own "existing book of business" to manage and grow while also mentoring our order desk to make our customer experience "best in class".

You become the voice of the client in our company and work closely with our Sales team to grow our business to unprecedented levels while developing your own new initiatives and strategies to get us there. As part of the Sales team, you will be involved in setting the direction and metrics as we embark on our growth strategy.

We can teach you the business; but it's your drive and independent thinking that we hope you will bring to the party. Being bilingual would be a great asset.

Characteristics of the role:

  • The position requires big picture thinking and initiative to quickly identify and generate innovative solutions that accomplish company objectives.
  • A strong analytical background that can evaluate current activity and forward thinking to mine future trends as it relates to our industry.
  • A sense of urgency and competitive drive, willing to take risk, make quick decisions in response to changing conditions and take responsibility for the results of those decisions.
  • Ability to train and motivate team members so as to ensure all SOP's are being adhered to.
  • Must have passion and the ability to embrace the company culture.
  • Initiatives must be self-generated, without the need for time consuming approvals and processes.
  • A positive response to fast pace and pressure, the motivation and desire to act independently and confidently (go beyond existing organizational routines).
  • A poised, extroverted communication style that, depending on the situation, can be either authoritative or persuasive.
  • Ability to work in an environment of high standards of personal performance and sales results.

Skills required:

  • 5+ year's account management/maintenance experience
  • IT competency and experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce.com preferable)
  • Bilingual an asset
  • Basic Salary of $40,000 per year plus Performance Bonuses and Health Benefits.
