In fact, of all ice machines needing repairs each year, 70 percent of the needs are usually water related. Ice machines are particularly susceptible to clogging, corrosion and scale deposits that occur from total dissolved solids, chemicals and minerals and need to be maintained to keep ice fresh and clear.
