Did you know that bottlers, such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi are the pioneers of filtration? Every single can or bottle is made with filtered water. They have the most sophisticated water filtration equipment in their bottling plants worldwide. Why? So that the quality of their final product tastes the same no matter where you buy it. If you want to replicate that quality in your fountain beverages in your own restaurant then you need to replicate that water quality.
Taste – Fountain beverages are 83% water. To control the taste you have to control the largest ingredient – water.
Consistency – To ensure your beverages taste the same day in and day out, from one location to the next. There is a saying in foodservice – You can feed ’em crap, just keep it consistent!
Carbonation – microscopic dirt particles, too small for the human eye to see, are naturally present in water. Those small particles of dirt will kill carbonation causing drinks to go flat. In addition to causing abrasion in equipment.

Food safety – protection when a boil order occurs. Everpure filters protect against harmful cysts, such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia. All QC7i-MC(2) systems are NSF/ANSI Standard 53 certified. The sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick and clean; internal filter parts are never exposed to handling or contamination.
Upgradability – Need more capacity? We also have an upgrade cartridge, called XC, which provides 30% higher capacity. The XC cartridge can be retrofitted into any existing Everpure QC7i head assembly.

QC7i-MC(2) twin – 18,000 gallons at 3.34 gpm
QC7i-MC(2) triple – 27,000 gallons at 5.01 gpm
QC7i-MC(2) quad – 36,000 gallons at 6.68 gpm
