FC High Flow High Capacity Cartridges
Exceptional capacity and flow rates due to the proprietary Fibredyne carbon block technology. The FC line of Everpure replacement cartridges are ideally suited to high volume applications requiring longer filter life and higher flow rates within the existing installation footprint.
The most important thing to understand is the difference between an FC cartridge and an FC5 cartridge – and that difference is micron rating. At 0.5 microns, the FC cartridge is NSF certified for cyst reduction and fine turbidity. at 5.0 microns, the FC5 is not. This difference in fine filtration impacts filter life so if you do not require food safety (due to a potential boil order) then the 5.0 micron filter will meet your needs. You can always upgrade in a matter of minutes should you need too.

The product name indicates the cartridge size, the media and the micron rating. There are three different sizes and two different micron ratings to choose from:
Size:
- ‘2’ size – 10.25 inches (i.e. 2FC)
- ‘4’ size – 14.5 inches (i.e. 4FC)
- ‘7’ size – 20.75 inches (i.e. 7FC)
- Note: the added number ‘5’ indicates 5 microns
