RO Replacement Cartridges and Cartridge Kits

Depending on the system you have, we have cartridge kits as well as individual cartridges for you to choose from.

RO Cartridge Categories

Everpure Reverse Osmosis systems are comprised of basically four categories of replacement cartridges:

• Carbon Prefiltration
• RO Module (or membrane)
• Remineralization Feeder
• Post Filter

Frequency of cartridge change:

The rule of thumb is to replace the carbon prefilter, post filter and feeder every 6 months and the RO module membrane every 12 months. These are guidelines only and site specific to your application.  Everpure RO systems are equipped with a blending feature, which provides you with the flexibility of blending 100% RO water with a percentage of filtered ‘mineral’ water in order to meet the specific ingredient water recipe for your beverages and equipment performance.  Based on that blending ratio, your RO membrane cartridge may last longer or expire sooner. It is important to perform periodic maintenance to check the TDS (total dissolved solids) of your effluent water to gauge the efficiency / lifespan of the RO membrane.
